In the UK, the ubiquitous Chinese takeaway has become less popular than Indian cuisine. This is actually a global phenomenon.
Our client’s aim was to buck this trend after taking over a tired outlet in west London. To start, we created a striking new visual identity for the business with a unique logo/mark that is immediately relevant and recognisable. We then developed the website, online ordering system and takeaway menu. The latter was colourful with clearly divided sections for the different food categories that made it easy to order from.
Bento succeeded in attracting a solid base of customers and a second outlet has now been opened using the same successful formula.
