Bento was the answer to the question of how to inject life into a tired Chinese takeaway in west London. The concept was to serve a smaller but far higher quality range of dishes. A striking new image and presentation were key to launching the business successfully.
The key elements that were created:
- A unique logo/identity that is immediately relevant and recognisable
- A clearly divided takeaway menu design that is easy to order from
- An attractive website and powerful online ordering system.
Bento has succeeded in pleasing many previous customers, but has also attracted a lot of new ones. Sales have surpassed expectations and there are now plans to open further Bento outlets.
