Our brief was to review and renew. GB (aka osteopath Gillian Brown) realised that her existing web presence was dated and not serving her business well.
The solution focussed on key drivers for the business like opening times, ease of booking appointments and payment for treatment via health insurance. Two distinguishing aspects were also highlighted: Gillian’s sports injury specialism and expertise with orthotics.
Everything from the logo, colour palette, content and copy were refined and re-organised. Social media was also given a far stronger presence to encourage visitor interaction through those channels.
