We began working together, more than 10 years ago, when Lifeline IT was a fledgling IT support business. The first step was to develop a distinct identity – visual credentials for the business.
The visual identity has been applied to all key touchpoints, from stationery and print to car wraps and signage, to exhibition materials and promotional merchanise – a consistent, powerful signal of their professionalism and individual character.
The authority of their brand has also been developed through the website. It emphasises Lifeline IT’s experience in 5 key sectors/industries and their in-person approach when others are focussing purely on remote support. The character of the business: it’s values, people and clients are communicated through a wide range of blog articles which are promoted through social media channels.
